What we fix

Every Gaming Console fault, repaired right.

PS5 / PS4 HDMI port no signal

Bent or shorted HDMI pins and lifted pads cause a black screen or no display; we remove the old port under a microscope, rebuild damaged pads, and solder a new OEM connector.

Switch Joy-Con & controller drift

Worn analog modules make Joy-Cons, DualSense, and Xbox sticks register motion on their own, and we replace the potentiometer or full stick assembly rather than just recalibrate.

Switch USB-C charging port failure

A loose, corroded, or torn-off USB-C port stops the Switch from charging or docking, and the fix is delicate board-level soldering with new pads where needed, not a clip-in part.

Overheating, fan noise & shutdowns

Dust-clogged exhaust and dried thermal paste or liquid metal cause loud fans, thermal throttling, and surprise shutdowns on PS5 and Xbox Series X|S, which we clean out and re-paste properly.

Console will not power on

No power often traces back to a failed power supply, a shorted IC, or a corroded trace, and we diagnose the actual fault on the board instead of guessing at parts.

Disc drive & storage errors

Discs that will not read or eject and drives or storage that fail to mount can be a worn laser, a slipped belt, or a board-level controller fault we test and isolate.

Good to know

Gaming Console repair, answered honestly.

How much does it cost to fix a PS5 HDMI port?
PS5 HDMI port repair is true board-level microsoldering, not a plug-in swap, so pricing depends on whether the pads under the port are also damaged. Every console starts with a $65 written diagnostic that tells you the real fault and exact price before any work, and that fee applies toward the repair.
Can you fix Joy-Con drift permanently?
Yes. Recalibration only masks drift; we replace the worn analog module or the full stick assembly so the fix actually lasts. If a Joy-Con or controller is too far gone to be worth repairing, our diagnostic tells you that honestly instead of charging you for it.
Do you offer mail-in console repair from outside Virginia?
We take tracked mail-in repairs from all 50 states alongside walk-in service at our Arlington, VA bench. Ship us your PS5, Xbox, or Switch, we run the same $65 diagnostic, send you the quote, and only proceed once you approve.
What warranty comes with a console repair?
OEM and OLED parts carry a 1-year warranty; aftermarket parts carry 1 month. We will always tell you which we are using up front, and if a console is not worth fixing, we will say so rather than sell you a repair.
