How long does a repair take?
Most common repairs are same-day. Board-level work and data recovery depend on the case — we give you an estimated timeline after diagnosis, and your tracker shows live progress.
Do you use original parts?
We use OEM or OEM-equivalent parts wherever possible, with a 1-year warranty. Aftermarket parts carry a 1-month warranty. We always tell you which before we start.
What if my device can’t be repaired?
If we can’t fix it, you only pay the $65 diagnostic. We’ll explain exactly what failed and your options, including data recovery where possible.
What does the $65 diagnostic include?
A full component-level inspection and a clear written report: what’s wrong, which parts are needed, and what it will cost. The fee reflects the real expertise honest diagnosis requires.
Can I send my device by mail?
Yes. We accept devices from all 50 states. Pack it, ship it with our tracked label, and we repair and return it with documented chain-of-custody.
Do you offer a warranty?
Yes — 1 year on OEM and OEM-equivalent parts, 1 month on aftermarket parts. The warranty terms are disclosed before any work begins.
