Crash & physical damage
A hard landing can crack an arm, snap a motor mount, tear a flex cable, or shear a board connector, and the drone may still half-work, which hides the real damage. We open it under the microscope, find every fault the crash caused, and quote the full repair honestly before we start.
Gimbal & camera faults
Gimbals that hang at an angle, drift, buzz, or throw a "gimbal motor overloaded" error are one of the most common drone failures, and one of the fiddliest. We diagnose whether it's the ribbon cable, a gimbal motor, or the camera board, and repair the actual fault instead of swapping the whole assembly blind.
Motors & ESCs
A motor that won't spin, stutters on takeoff, or a burnt ESC after a crash or a prop strike is a board-level job most shops skip. We test each motor and its ESC, find the failed component, and repair or replace it so the drone flies level again.
Battery, power & charging
A drone or controller that's gone dead or won't take a charge is usually a fault in the power circuit, not a write-off, and we trace the charging IC, power line, and battery contacts to find it. A swollen intelligent-flight battery is a safety issue and only ever gets replaced, never opened, and we source the correct pack.
Water & liquid damage
Landed in water, flew through rain, or took a splash, liquid corrodes the board fast. A wet drone that won't start is often a microsolder repair, not scrap. We clean the corrosion, find the shorted or failed components, and give you an honest recovery answer.
Sensor & calibration
IMU, compass, and GPS faults, and the sensor errors that keep a drone from taking off, holding position, or flying level, are their own kind of repair. We chase the calibration or the failed sensor to its source so the aircraft flies steady again instead of drifting or refusing to launch.
