Xbox Series X/S & Xbox One Repair
WeFixed brings 11 years of honest, in-house board-level work to every Xbox we touch. Series X, Series S, Xbox One, One S and One X all share the same weak spots: a delicate HDMI port soldered straight to the motherboard, power supplies that quit, disc drives that stop reading, and controllers with stick drift. We diagnose the real fault under the microscope instead of guessing. HDMI port replacement is our microsoldering specialty, so a console that shows "no signal" usually does not need to be replaced. Every repair starts with a $65 written diagnostic that applies toward your repair, and you can walk into our Arlington, VA lab or use tracked mail-in from all 50 states.
Yes, a "no signal" Xbox is usually fixable without buying new. The HDMI port is soldered straight to the motherboard, so it's a microsoldering job we do in-house, not a plug-in swap. We also handle no power, overheating, disc drives, and stick drift on Series X/S and Xbox One. A $65 written diagnostic finds the real fault and applies toward the repair.

Carrier and manufacturer routes tend to replace the whole console; we repair the actual fault.
Every Xbox fault, repaired right.
No Signal / Dead HDMI Port
Console powers on but the screen reads "no signal," or the HDMI port feels loose with bent pins. We replace the port and, when needed, the HDMI encoder chip (such as the TDP158 on One X/S) at the board level under a microscope.
No Power / No Boot
A dead Xbox that shows no light or no fan spin is most often a failed internal power supply or a shorted component on the board. We test the PSU and power rails, then repair or replace what actually failed.
Overheating & Random Shutdowns
Series X and One consoles that shut off mid-game usually have dust-clogged fans, dried thermal paste, or a failing temperature sensor. We deep clean, repaste, and verify stable temperatures under load.
Won't Read or Eject Discs
Clicking on insert, random ejections, grinding noises, or a disc that spins but never loads point to a worn drive belt, gear, or laser. We rebuild or replace the optical drive on Series X and Xbox One models.
USB & Controller Charging
Front USB ports that no longer charge controllers or read drives often have worn solder joints or damaged pins. We rework or replace the USB ports so accessories connect and charge reliably again.
Controller Stick Drift
When your character moves on its own or aim wanders, the analog stick module or its potentiometer is worn. We replace the thumbstick assemblies and clean the contacts to stop the drift.
