Does WeFixed have more than one location?
We have one walk-in workshop — 2722 Washington Blvd N, Arlington, VA 22201 — plus an in-house lab and tracked mail-in service. Everything is repaired by our own technicians at the Arlington bench; we do not franchise the actual repair work out to other shops.
Which areas do you serve?
Walk-in customers come from across Northern Virginia — Arlington, Alexandria, Fairfax, McLean, Vienna, Falls Church and the wider Loudoun and Prince William corridors — plus Washington, DC and the Maryland suburbs (Bethesda, Silver Spring, Rockville, Columbia). Anywhere else in the US, we repair by mail-in.
Do I have to come to Arlington to get my device fixed?
No. If a drive to Arlington is inconvenient, our mail-in service covers all 50 states: we send a tracked label, document the device on arrival, quote in writing, repair it on our bench and ship it back with warranty. Many board-level and data-recovery jobs from other cities are handled entirely by mail.
Can other repair shops send work to you?
Yes. Independent shops and technicians across the DMV send us the board-level cases they can't finish in-house — failed ICs, reballing, lifted pads, no-power boards and data recovery. That referral work is a core part of what the Arlington bench does.
