We diagnose in writing before we open anything
Every device gets a $65 diagnostic and a written report: the exact fault, the parts it needs and what they cost. Nothing is opened up beyond the inspection until you have read it. The fee applies toward the repair.
The price is agreed before the work starts
You approve the quote from the diagnostic, and that is the price. If we open a device and find a second fault, the work stops and we call you. A bill you did not agree to is not a bill we send.
You are told which part is going in
Genuine, OEM-equivalent or aftermarket, named before we fit it and printed on the invoice, along with the warranty it carries: one year on the OEM part, thirty days on aftermarket parts and on all labor.
Your data stays yours
We open only what the repair or the recovery actually requires, we never sell or share what is on a device, and every device is logged in and out under a documented chain of custody.
Your device is repaired here, by us
Board-level and data-recovery work goes to the microsoldering bench in Arlington, everyday repairs to the Repair Center technicians. The repair is not sent out to somebody else and returned with our name on it.
We tell you when not to repair it
If a device is not worth fixing, we say so and you pay the diagnostic and nothing else. Talking somebody into a repair that does not make sense is the one thing that would cost us the rest of this list.
